  1. General Overview
  • PMP is a digital platform providing mentorship, career development, educational resources, and networking opportunities for pharmacy students, graduates, and professionals.
  • Instructors can create profiles and upload paid or free courses as per their expertise and subject to PMP guidelines.
  • PMP reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after modifications implies acceptance of the new terms.

  • PMP reserves the right to change fees, commission rates, and terms & conditions at any time.
  1. Student/User Policies
  • All students/users must have an active PMP membership to access courses, mentorship, and networking opportunities.
  • Users must follow all academic integrity guidelines and avoid plagiarism.
  • Users must respect instructors, mentors, and other members of the platform.
  • PMP reserves the right to suspend or ban users who violate these policies.
  • Membership Fees and Course Access:
    • A mandatory membership fee is required for access. For fee details, refer to the PMP Membership Page.
    • Course access depends on the type of course (e.g., lifetime, limited-time, or subscription-based).
    • PMP has the right to revoke access if a user violates platform guidelines.
  • Penalties for Violations:
    • If a user violates PMP policies, PMP has the right to display their picture and details on the website and social media for awareness purposes.
    • Legal penalties, including fines or reporting to regulatory authorities, may apply.
  1. Instructor Policies
  • Instructors must comply with the Pharmacy Council of Pakistan and Higher Education Commission (HEC) guidelines while creating and uploading course content.
  • PMP charges a 19.9% commission on paid courses for website maintenance and platform services.
  • Payouts for instructors will be processed monthly.
  • Any plagiarism, false advertising, or misleading content will result in penalties or removal of courses.
  • PMP has the right to revoke or suspend instructor accounts in case of guideline violations.
  • Instructors are allowed to promote their courses but must use official PMP links for any marketing.
  • Instructors must pay an annual PMP membership fee. For details, refer to the PMP Membership Page.
  1. Course Policies
  • Courses may be free or paid, depending on the instructor’s choice.
  • Access to courses depends on the type of enrollment (e.g., one-time purchase, subscription-based, or limited-time access).
  • Course refunds are only available before the course starts and will be processed within 15 days. For refund details, refer to our Refund Policy.
  • PMP ensures all content meets educational and professional standards but is not liable for individual instructor claims.
  1. Data Privacy & Security
  • PMP collects demographic information, profile pictures, university details, semester, residence area, WhatsApp number, email address, CNIC, CVs, and payment information.
  • Collected data is only used for PMP operations and marketing; it is not shared with third parties.
  • Advertising services such as Facebook Ads and Google Analytics may be used for promotions.
  • User data is encrypted and securely stored; inactive user data will be deleted after one year.
  • Users can request data deletion by emailing support@pharmacistmentorship.com
  • PMP uses cookies to enhance the user experience.
  • Users can opt-out of marketing emails.
  • Any changes to the privacy policy will be communicated to users who have opted in for email notifications.

  1. Legal & Penalties
  • Unauthorized use of the PMP name or branding without permission will result in penalties.
  • If any user violates PMP policies, PMP has the right to:
    • Display their picture and details on the website and social media for awareness purposes.
    • Take legal action, including fines or reporting to regulatory authorities.
  • Any disputes must be resolved through mutual understanding with the PMP team and instructors.
  1. Intellectual Property Rights
  • All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on the PMP website are the exclusive property of PMP or the respective content creators.
  • Users and instructors cannot copy, modify, or distribute any content without proper authorization.
  • Users may share PMP content only through official PMP links for awareness and promotion purposes.
  • PMP reserves the right to take legal action against anyone engaging in content infringement or unauthorized distribution.

  • PMP strives to provide accurate and high-quality educational content; however, we do not guarantee absolute correctness or suitability for every user.
  • PMP is not liable for any financial loss, personal damages, or career decisions based on information obtained from the platform.
