The Pharmacist Mentorship Platform (PMP) is dedicated to providing pharmacy students and professionals with quality education, mentorship, and career development resources. This Student Policy outlines the rights, responsibilities, and guidelines for all students using the PMP platform.
2. Membership & Registration
- Mandatory Membership: Access to PMP’s website and resources requires an active membership. PMP reserves the right to modify membership fees and plans at any time.
- Valid Email Requirement: Students must register using a valid email address. Failure to do so may result in restricted access.
- Account Deletion Due to Inactivity: If a student account remains inactive for more than one year, PMP has the right to delete the account and its associated data.
- Membership Plans: Access to different website features depends on the selected membership plan.
3. Student Account & Access
- Single User Access: Student accounts are non-transferable and must not be shared with others.
- Profile Information: Students must provide accurate details, including their university, semester, and other required demographic information.
- Account Security: Students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
4. Course Enrollment & Access
- Enrollment Process: Students must enroll in courses according to their membership plan and availability.
- Course Access Duration: Access to a course is determined by the course type and its duration.
- Refund Policy: Course fees are non-refundable once the course has started. For refund details, refer to PMP’s Refund Policy.
5. Code of Conduct
- Respectful Behavior: Students must engage in respectful communication with instructors, mentors, and fellow learners.
- Prohibited Activities: Any form of plagiarism, false representation, abusive behavior, or misuse of PMP content is strictly prohibited.
- Unauthorized Sharing: Students are not allowed to share PMP content externally, except through official PMP links for promotional purposes.
6. Intellectual Property & Content Usage
- Content Restrictions: All content on PMP, including courses, study materials, and mentorship resources, is protected by intellectual property laws.
- No Unauthorized Distribution: Students must not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any PMP content without prior authorization.
- Legal Action: Any violation of intellectual property rights may result in penalties, including legal consequences.
7. Data Privacy & Security
- Data Collection: PMP collects necessary information, such as demographic details, university affiliation, and contact details, to enhance user experience.
- Data Retention: User data is stored securely and is automatically deleted after one year of inactivity.
- Marketing Preferences: Students have the right to opt out of marketing communications.

8. Account Suspension & Termination
- Violation Consequences: Any student found violating PMP policies may face account suspension or termination.
- Affidavit Requirement: Banned users seeking reinstatement must provide a legally notarized affidavit on a PKR 100 stamp paper stating their commitment to compliance.
- Legal & Social Consequences: In case of severe violations, PMP reserves the right to take legal action and publicly display the violator’s details for awareness.
9. Amendments to the Policy
PMP reserves the right to modify this Student Policy at any time. Students will be notified of major changes if they have opted in for email notifications.
