1. Introduction
The Pharmacist Mentorship Platform (PMP) welcomes instructors to create and share their knowledge through our platform. This policy outlines the rights, responsibilities, and expectations for instructors to ensure a fair, professional, and high-quality learning environment.
2. Eligibility & Registration
- Instructors must register on PMP and provide accurate personal and professional details.
- A valid CNIC, university or professional credentials, and contact information must be submitted for verification.
- Instructors must comply with the Pharmacy Council of Pakistan and Higher Education Commission (HEC) guidelines when designing course content.
- Instructors must pay an annual membership fee to maintain their account. For fee details, refer to our PMP Membership Page.
3. Course Creation & Content Guidelines
- Instructors can create and upload free or paid courses based on their expertise.
- All courses must maintain educational integrity and be free from plagiarism or false claims.
- Course content must be original and should not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
- PMP reserves the right to review, approve, modify, or remove any course that does not meet quality standards or policy guidelines.
- Instructors grant PMP a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and promote their content.
- PMP does not allow misleading or promotional content that is not related to educational objectives.
4. Commission & Payouts
- PMP charges commission on all paid courses to cover website maintenance and services.
- Payouts to instructors will be processed monthly.
- Instructors must ensure their bank or payment details are updated for smooth transactions.
- PMP reserves the right to change commission rates and payment policies as needed.
5. Promotion & Marketing
- Instructors can promote their courses but must use official PMP links for advertisements.
- PMP may promote instructor content on social media, newsletters, and advertisements.
- Unauthorized use of PMP branding, logos, or misleading promotions will result in penalties.
6. Refund & Course Removal Policy
- Refunds are allowed only before the course starts.
- Refund processing takes up to 7 days.
- PMP reserves the right to remove any course due to policy violations, low engagement, or quality concerns.
- If an instructor wants to remove a course, they must notify PMP at least 15 days in advance.
- Instructors must honor their commitment to conduct scheduled courses. If an instructor fails to deliver after student registration begins, PMP reserves the right to impose a penalty, including financial charges.
7. Instructor Conduct & Responsibilities
- Instructors must engage professionally with students and respond to queries in a respectful manner.
- Discriminatory, offensive, or unethical behavior will lead to account suspension.
- Instructors must regularly update their courses to reflect new industry standards and advancements.
- Violations of PMP policies may result in temporary or permanent bans.
8. Intellectual Property & Legal Compliance
- Instructors must own or have the rights to all course materials they upload.
- Any form of content plagiarism, copyright violation, or false advertisement is strictly prohibited.
- PMP has the right to impose penalties for violations, including course removal and legal action.
- Instructors cannot resell or redistribute PMP courses outside the platform.
9. Data Privacy & Security
- Instructor data is securely stored and encrypted.
- PMP does not share instructor data with third parties except for marketing and operational purposes.
- Instructors can request data deletion by emailing support@pharmacistmentorship.com
10. Violations & Penalties
- If an instructor violates PMP policies, PMP reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate the instructor’s account.
- Display their details on PMP’s website and social media as a warning to others.
- Take legal action if necessary.
- Banned instructors may appeal by submitting an affidavit on a PKR 100 stamp paper confirming future compliance.
11. Amendments & Final Authority
- PMP reserves the right to change fees, commissions, policies, and terms at any time.
- Instructors will be notified of significant changes via email.
- Continued use of PMP implies agreement with the latest terms.
