  • Understand the role of clinical pharmacists in healthcare settings, and develop essential patient counselling and communication skills to improve health outcomes.
  • Learn to evaluate prescriptions, assess drug therapy, and apply rational prescribing practices to ensure safe and effective medication use.
  • Gain the ability to identify, prevent, and manage drug interactions and adverse drug reactions (ADRs) to promote patient safety.
  • Apply clinical pharmacokinetics for dose adjustments, especially in special populations, while mastering medication reconciliation and minimizing medication errors.
  • Use evidence-based medicine and clinical guidelines in decision-making, and explore real-life cases to understand the practical role of pharmacists in patient care teams.
  • This program consists of 8 structured lectures delivered by expert mentors. To evaluate your understanding, quizzes will be conducted after every 4 lectures, and a final assignment will be given, with one week provided for submission after course completion.
