2. Definitions

  • Volunteers: Undergraduate pharmacy students and fresh graduates who help with PMP activities, events, and content.
  • Ambassadors: Pharmacy professionals with 1-5 years of experience who represent PMP in professional settings or universities (including teachers) and act as pre-mentors.

3. Roles and Responsibilities

3.1 Volunteers:

  • Support PMP initiatives by creating content, coordinating events, and engaging the community.
  • Promote PMP through social media and campus activities.
  • Maintain professionalism and keep PMP content confidential.

3.2 Ambassadors:

  • Represent PMP in organizations and universities.
  • Act as pre-mentors, sharing insights and supporting PMP initiatives.
  • Advocate for PMP’s mission in their professional networks.

4. Conflict of Interest Rules

  • Volunteers and ambassadors must disclose any personal, financial, or professional conflicts related to their PMP role.
  • Avoid using PMP resources for personal gain.
  • Report any external collaborations that may affect PMP to the management team.
  • Seek guidance from PMP leadership if conflicts arise.
  • Conflicts of interest may result in losing certification.

5. Code of Conduct

  • Uphold professionalism and integrity at all times.
  • Promote inclusivity and respect diversity.
  • Avoid discrimination, harassment, or behavior against PMP values.
  • Be actively involved for at least one year to qualify for certification.
  • Maintain satisfactory performance throughout the term.

6. Accountability and Reporting

  • Policy violations may lead to losing volunteer or ambassador status.
  • Report issues to the PMP management through official channels.
  • Lack of performance or conflict issues may lead to no certification.

7. Policy Updates
