- PMP’s name, logo, branding materials, and course structures are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
- Unauthorized use of PMP’s intellectual property will result in penalties, including legal action.
- PMP reserves the right to remove any content found violating copyright laws without prior notice.
5. Reporting Intellectual Property Violations
