  • PMP’s name, logo, branding materials, and course structures are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
  • Unauthorized use of PMP’s intellectual property will result in penalties, including legal action.
  • PMP reserves the right to remove any content found violating copyright laws without prior notice.

5. Reporting Intellectual Property Violations

  • If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on PMP without authorization, please submit a complaint to support@ with the following details:
    • Your full name and contact details.
    • A description of the copyrighted work being infringed.
    • Evidence of ownership or rights to the content.
    • The specific location (URL) of the infringing content on PMP.

6. Penalties for Violation

  • PMP reserves the right to remove courses, ban accounts, or take legal action against users or instructors violating this policy.
  • Users who engage in plagiarism, false advertising, or unauthorized content distribution may face penalties, including:
    • Account suspension or termination.
    • Legal fines and reporting to relevant authorities.
    • Public disclosure of violators’ names and details for awareness.
